The first weekend of August in Caldirola comes alive with two unmissable events: the Beer Festival at La Capannina and the Festival of Christ the Redeemer on Monte Giarolo, the highest peak of the Tortona Apennines

The Beer Festival showcases local excellence with farm-to-table menus and a curated selection of craft and German beers, accompanied by music and entertainment. The festivities kick off on Friday evening with a dinner featuring local specialties and top-tier beers, complemented by live music. On Saturday, dinner begins at 7 PM, followed by live performances and, from midnight, a dance party.

Sunday is dedicated to tradition: under the bronze statue of Christ the Redeemer, the annual celebration takes place, followed by a lunch in Caldirola featuring local dishes and craft beers—a perfect way to cap off a festive weekend.
