Who are you?
We are a recently built and renovated Bed & Breakfast and Guest House.
How many rooms do you have?
We'll soon have three bedrooms, but initially we're only offering two, sleeping up to four guests. Once completed, we'll be able to accommodate up to six guests.
Do you accept children?
Although we love children, Lùlù Guest House is adults only.
Where to book?
Directly by phone or email, as well as on our website, Airbnb, and Booking.
Do you accept pets?
We love animals and only accept small pets to avoid disturbing other guests.
We ask you to contact us before your stay.
Is it possible to get there by public transport?
You can reach Tortona train station from Milan, Genoa, and Turin. From there, you can take a bus towards Fabbrica Curone and get off at San Sebastiano Curone. We'll take you to Lùlù Guest House.
Wi-Fi and a smart working station?
Absolutely! We also often work remotely from Lùlù Guest House.
If I book directly, what do I have to pay?
When booking directly, we ask for a 30% deposit, which will be refunded if you cancel up to 7 days before your stay.
Is breakfast included?
Absolutely! You'll find a delicious breakfast prepared by Luisa's expert hands, using only local products.
Fees not included in the room price?
None! All fees are included in the room rate.
Book directly
To book directly, you can contact us through the Contact page, by email (luluguestshouse@gmail.com), by phone (+39 351 747 8470), WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
A deposit equal to 30% will be required, to be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Deposit:
The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is communicated within 7 days before the start of the stay (e.g. for a booking starting on 01/08, the deposit will be refunded by 11:59 PM on 24/07).
The remaining balance will be paid at the property at check-in, before the keys are handed over, together with the registration of documents.
Payment may be made by cash, credit/debit card, Satispay, or instant SEPA bank transfer. Payment via PayPal is not accepted in the Lulu Guest House.
There are no reasons or circumstances, not even serious impediments, for which the deposit can be refunded in the 7 days before the arrival.
In case of early departure:
If departure takes place before the booked dates, the full amount of the stay will still be due, with no refund for unused nights.
In case of no-show:
If the guest does not arrive without notice (“no-show”), the deposit will be retained and payment for the full stay may be requested.
Possible price differences and cancellation rules for other OTA platforms and/or the Wix Booking app:
For bookings made through OTA/Wix platforms, there may be differences. Please refer to the relevant pages and cancellation conditions stated in the listing published on the OTA and/or Wix platform.
The guest has read the property rules and, in the case of a direct booking, accepts the booking conditions.
